How to Track Your Order
Our delivery time begins once your order is confirmed. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing and dispatch. During peak periods, such as holidays or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you have a Clavis Aurea account, you can also track your delivery by signing in and selecting My Orders.
Delivery Options and Costs
Our shipping options vary based on destination, with estimated delivery times and costs outlined below. All shipments are securely packaged and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Domestic & European Union (EU) Shipping
Express Delivery
Delivery time: 1-3 business days within Spain, and 2-4 business days within the EU
Cost: €15 for Spain, €25 for other EU countries
Standard Delivery
Delivery time: 3-5 business days within Spain, and 5-7 business days within the EU
Cost: €8 for Spain, €15 for other EU countries
International Shipping (Outside EU)
Express International Delivery
Delivery time: 4-6 business days
Cost: €45
Standard International Delivery
Delivery time: 7-10 business days
Cost: €25

Clavis Aurea collaborates with DHL and UPS to ensure secure and efficient delivery of our jewelry pieces. These couriers offer flexible delivery options:
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD)
With DHL’s ODD, you can customize delivery to your needs:
Schedule Your Delivery: Select a convenient delivery date or time window.
Signature Release: Waive the signature requirement, if desired. Note that waiving the signature means Clavis Aurea and DHL cannot be held liable for loss or damage after delivery.
Collection from a DHL Service Point: If you prefer, have your order held at a DHL Service Point for collection. A photo ID is required for pickup.
UPS My Choice
With UPS My Choice, you can adjust delivery details and receive notifications, including:
• Delivery rescheduling
• Hold for pickup or change of delivery address
For high-value orders, a signature may still be required for security, even if a waiver is chosen.
Insurance and Signing for Your Purchase
Each Clavis Aurea order is fully insured against theft and accidental damage during transit until it reaches your specified address and is signed for. After the item has been signed for, it is no longer covered by our insurance.
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, you may waive the signature requirement at checkout. By doing so, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage after delivery. High-value items may still require a signature for security purposes.
In the event of missed deliveries, the courier will attempt delivery up to two more times, or you may arrange for pickup at a designated service point.
