(“we” “us”) operates this website (our “Site”) and provides related services in accordance with the following Terms of Service (“TOS”) and any other rules posted on the Site. By placing orders on www.clavis-aurea.com, you agree to abide by the TOS. Keep a copy of these TOS for future reference.

Eligibility to Purchase
You must provide accurate personal details (name, phone, email, and payment information) when making purchases. We may perform credit checks or fraud prevention checks and use the information as needed to validate purchases. Products are for personal use only.
Orders
To place an order, add items to your Shopping Bag, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. All orders are subject to availability.
In cases where items are on Advance Purchase, Clavis Aurea may prioritize orders once stock arrives. In the rare event of order cancellation due to availability or quality checks, we’ll inform you and process a full refund.
We store transaction records for a minimum of one year.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless indicated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on factors like currency fluctuations and demand. If your payment is in a currency other than Euros, the final charge may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of processing.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other clearly advertised methods. Payments are processed securely, and we ensure the confidentiality of payment details through SSL encryption. We aren’t liable for unauthorized access unless it results from negligence on our part.
Delivery and Insurance
Clavis Aurea insures each purchase during transit until delivery, which requires a signature. You may opt-out of signature delivery, acknowledging that we’re not liable for lost or damaged items left at the address.
Delivery times are estimates; we strive to dispatch within 24–48 hours. For delays beyond our control, you may cancel for a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
In line with Spanish Consumer Law, you can cancel orders within 14 days. Notify us at info@clavis-aurea.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. If items show wear or damage, we may deduct from your refund.
Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible unless otherwise stated.
For exchanges, initiate the return within 14 days.
